Lead Financial Crime Operations Manager

This is a leadership role in the Financial Crime Operations department with responsibility for managing financial crime obligations, driving productivity and operational excellence, and developing and mentoring leaders.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial crime management, including knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. They will also have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large-scale operations teams and leading strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial crime obligations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drive productivity and operational excellence through process improvements and best practices
  • Develop and mentor leaders to ensure healthy development and growth of skills and acumen

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep knowledge of financial crime management and regulations
  • Experience leading large-scale operations teams
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and mentor others
