Asset Inspection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Inspection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on a variety of assets, including pressure vessels and tanks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform NDT inspections using dye penetrant, magnetic particle, visual, and ultrasonic testing methods.
  • Inspect pressure vessels and tanks to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize inspection activities.
  • Develop and implement inspection plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on NDT techniques and technologies to improve asset integrity and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in NDT inspections, with a strong understanding of AS/ASME standards.
  • Hold certifications in AINDT Level II Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle, Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing, and API 510 / 570 / 653.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • High level of health and fitness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current manual Driver's License and satisfactory National Police Check.

Desirable Requirements (not essential):

  • Welding or Pressure Equipment Inspection certification.
  • Elevated Work Platform (WP) high risk license.
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights within the last 2 years.
