About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support services to older adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding assistance
  • Assisting with domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and leisure activities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent
  • Current driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle with valid registration and third-party insurance
  • Home care experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate
