As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for full 360 recruitment, launching, building, and eventually managing our Financial Planning/Wealth Management space in QLD. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and future plans, building strong relationships and identifying the best candidates through various methods.

You will be responsible for writing job advertisements, posting on job boards and social media platforms, discussing career opportunities with candidates, and arranging interviews. Your goal is to deliver exceptional results and support the growth of the team.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify and target top talent
  • Manage the offer process, including completing references
  • Attend regular training sessions and client meetings

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about building a career in recruitment. If you have at least 12 months of experience in agency recruitment, excellent communication skills, and strong time management skills, we encourage you to apply.
