As we embark on our journey of growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless system support by promptly addressing software-related issues and incidents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP), fostering effective communication and collaboration while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Oversee the management of licenses and software assets, guaranteeing compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing resource allocation.
- Design and implement user training programs, enhancing the onboarding process and contributing to a strong technical culture.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and expertise in managing outsourcing engagements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and delivering training that truly benefits employees.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
