Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and prepare technical operations projects to ensure successful execution.
  2. Maintain and update equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Capture field data through drill stem testing technology.
  4. Evaluate and reconcile resources to meet project requirements.
  5. Implement risk response strategies to minimize potential hazards.
  6. Ensure compliance with local regulations for explosives and radiation usage.
  7. Manage and maintain equipment to prevent down time and ensure quality results.
  8. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  9. Analyze and report on project data to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical operations role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
