We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Realtime Analytics Platform Team within Data Intelligence. This team develops an internal platform enabling product teams across Culture Amp to build excellent analytics and reporting products by connecting data from various platforms.

As part of this team, you'll design, build, and manage infrastructure for our Realtime Analytics Platform, ensuring it's reliable, secure, and performs well. You'll collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design suitable solutions, iterate on the platform design as we evolve towards self-service capability, coach and mentor colleagues, set and elevate quality standards, and drive technical excellence in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise with infrastructure-as-code; Terraform is essential, CDKTF and Typescript are ideal.
  • Experience in cloud environments; AWS preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with operational practices and systems (e.g., Observability, Security, CI/CD, Configuration management).
  • Previous experience with data systems and platforms is beneficial (we're building on Clickhouse, knowledge of warehouses and pipelines will be helpful).
  • A drive to learn and hone your engineering craft and help others do the same.
