Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Beach Lifeguard to join our team from the start of the next beach season commencing in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have availability to work Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a safe recreational environment on Randwick City Council's beaches.
  • Provide an effective lifeguarding service.
  • Make informed decisions involving critical incidents and the interpretation of natural conditions and weather.
  • Communicate effectively with the public and control large numbers of people to ensure compliance with beach regulations.
