About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Professional to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, sales support or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using booking or CRM systems
- Reliable, organised and able to follow up on tasks efficiently
- A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, providing quotes and transport information, entering bookings into the system and processing payments. You will also be involved in following up missed calls and customer enquiries.
