Lead Maintenance Expert

We are seeking an exceptional maintenance professional to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor. Located in the beautiful Ayers Rock Resort, NT, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit environment and lead the maintenance of our iconic hotel.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with excellent communication skills, capable of developing, training, and scheduling a maintenance team while carrying out routine maintenance and repairs as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform all related maintenance and repairs promptly
  • Address urgent or safety-related issues immediately upon identification or reporting
  • Source materials from suppliers to ensure efficient hotel operations, obtaining quotes as necessary
  • Collaborate between the hotel and technical services department for outstanding works
