We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Karrinyup wellbeing venue. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, team leadership, and venue management.

The ideal candidate will bring structure, calm confidence, and a passion for creating elevated experiences. From leading their team to ensuring the venue looks and feels world-class every day, they'll play a key role in shaping memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of staff.
  • Oversee venue operations, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Manage rostering, recruitment, and staff training, building a confident and capable team.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer journey from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in venue management or a related field.
  • A natural people person with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with scheduling, reporting, and communication platforms.
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused.
  • Passionate about wellbeing and creating meaningful guest experiences.
