We are looking for qualified and experienced Electrical Estimators to join our Head office in Perth. Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting bids from concept through to completion.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Leading bid preparation from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery for senior management review.
  • Managing relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing and value.
  • Exploring creative value engineering opportunities to enhance bid competitiveness.
  • Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth.
  • Assisting in developing tender strategies and managing all tender deliverables.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in electrical estimating, ideally within EPC or large-scale electrical engineering environment.
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as Pronamics Expert or similar platforms.
