Job Title: Software Engineering Leader

As a Software Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the architecture, delivery, and development of software systems that power our business unit.

This role requires a highly skilled software developer with experience to code and mentor other technical team members to deliver high-quality, well-designed software.

  • Agile and Lean software development practices as well as the SDLC.
  • Version control tools like Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and code reviews.
  • Back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Springboot, API, REST).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses and Teradata.
  • Messaging systems like Kafka.
  • Cloud platforms, specifically AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, RDS).
  • GraphQL and various authentication methods.
  • Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Researching and troubleshooting bugs and performance bottlenecks in a production environment.
