  We're now seeking a Senior Engineering Leader (Crew Tech Lead) to guide our Acquisition, Engagement and Retention Crew in Everyday Banking. This is a role for someone who thrives on purpose, engineering innovation, and people leadership.
  
  Your Impact
  • Architect the future of our customers digital journey with best-in-class engineering, delivering innovative solutions, and leveraging emerging technologies to shape the future of our payments banking landscape.
  • Lead and empower diverse squads of software and data engineers, fostering inclusion and cultivating world-class engineering capabilities.
  • Innovate with AI: Drive adoption of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Vercel AI SDK) to supercharge engineering productivity and customer experience.
  • Influence at scale, aligning multiple stakeholders and teams to deliver product vision, navigating competing interests, and balancing the needs of customers, business, and technical teams.
  • Own performance, availability, and cost across platforms, balancing tech debt and trade-offs
  • Stay close to your craft, as a hands-on technologist, contributing to code & solution design where it matters most to re-engineer the customers digital journey.

  • An Engineer at heart who can be hands-on where required during the build, with a track record of designing and implementing digital transformations
  • Expertise in full cycle engineering, modern technologies, AI integration, and ownership on delivery.
