Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our research projects, including developing research approaches, methods, and sampling mixes.

Our goal is to work with organisations to align customer and business goals and deliver better commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing and leading qualitative research projects, facilitating workshops with clients, and presenting research outcomes to Executive teams.

Requirements
  • Expertise in journey mapping, product design, and CX frameworks.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to uncover deeper meanings and implications.
  • Experience in researching customer needs and preferences, developing persona frameworks, and training other designers in advanced research practices.

This role requires data visualisation skills and experience working directly with clients and teams.
