Solutions Architect

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive business growth. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for our services and solutions, mapping our portfolio to clients' strategies.

About the Role

You will provide thought leadership and be an expert on industry trends to clients and other sales teams.

  • Work with senior decision-makers in strategic accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure the right portfolio of products, services, and software are used to solve complex business challenges.

You will support sales activities for the country and report to the Strategic Account Solutions Leader of Greater Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing account plans with Client Managers to understand customer strategic directions.
  • Leading and shaping sales enablement processes for customer-specific solutions.
  • Providing advisory services to design managed services and resolve complex hardware, services, and systems concerns.
  • Developing deep relationships with customers to cover all contacts necessary to win projects.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can simplify and explain complex problems, as well as a consultative and collaborative mindset to lead to new and innovative solutions.

Additional requirements include 8+ years of experience in a sales or architect role within the technology industry, knowledge of our portfolio and competitive solutions, and critical thinking to identify value propositions for clients.
