- Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Basic understanding of service delivery and client lifecycle, with a focus on growth and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
