Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality education programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Build strong relationships with our children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment where all children can thrive
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
  • Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices
