We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Smithfield. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children
