Senior Campus Operations Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage the operations of our Early Learning campus.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Director to oversee daily operations, focus on quality improvement, and drive business growth while prioritizing the wellbeing of children and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional educational programs and services.
We offer a competitive salary package, including generous above-award salary + 10% bonus incentives, 7 weeks leave for ECT-qualified leaders – 4 weeks annual leave, 2 weeks additional leave, 5 days for professional development, and ongoing support from our network – education team, operations leaders, and HR functions.

- Manage daily campus operations with a focus on quality improvement and business growth.
- Lead a team of Educators and support the Assistant Director in delivering high-quality educational programs and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure child safety and staff wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other Directors and our Head Office team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
