Business Development Role
This position plays a pivotal part in driving business growth by fostering strong, long-term relationships with key clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.
The role involves building trust and credibility with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to expand our presence in the market, and delivering results-driven solutions that align with their needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS
- DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGIES
- IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPANSION AND INNOVATION
- DELIVERING RESULTS-DRIVEN SOLUTIONS TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a related field
- Previous experience in account management or business development
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop corrective actions
- Knowledge of contracting and tendering procedures
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- High-level technical capability and understanding
