We are looking for a proven expert with 5-10 years of experience in Social Performance and consulting. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-10 years of experience in Social Performance/Social Impact/Communications and Engagement roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, social sciences, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Social Impact Assessment and adherence to national and international standards.
- Experience in developing organisation and project sustainability strategies.
- Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, and climate change adaptation.
- Proven ability in strategic business development.
- Positive, can-do attitude, and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
As a Senior Social Impact Consultant, you will support the Social Performance team across APAC, provide specialist advice to clients on social impact assessment including SIA management plans, complete projects to a high standard regarding program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall client satisfaction, liaise with local authorities and contractors, collaborating with others on the national scene, adhere to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures, contribute to our company culture, and more.
