Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to spearhead our DevOps transformation, driving operational excellence and platform efficiency across our platforms. This role will lead and mentor a team of engineers, designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a strategic DevOps roadmap, prioritizing resources and driving business value
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of automation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee pipeline maintenance and optimization, resolving deployment challenges and enhancing delivery speed
  • Drive automation and self-service strategies to boost productivity and reduce bottlenecks
Required Skills
  • 5+ years scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations
  • Strong AWS skills: EC2, S3, networking, Kubernetes (EKS), OpenShift (ROSA), and cloud automation
  • Experienced in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo with Git version control
  • Skilled in integrating security, monitoring, and observability tools like Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow
