About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team at Roc Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience, ideally into the commercial market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing spreadsheets & documents for commercial construction projects.
  • Estimating of construction projects into the Commercial market.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of building codes and associated standards.
  • Providing product information to our customers.
  • Tracking customer requests & proposals.

Requirements
