About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Roc Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing spreadsheets and documents, as well as estimating construction projects in the commercial market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quoting commercial construction projects
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building codes and associated standards
  • Reading and interpreting building codes and applying associated standards
  • Expanding knowledge of products and providing product information to customers
  • Tracking customer requests and proposals in a spreadsheet

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of construction estimating experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop rapport and foster strong business relationships
  • Autonomous and hard working
  • Strong practical knowledge and attention to detail
