Job Role Overview

This position entails serving as a key team member for our Safety and Security department. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing access to the store, and ensuring adherence to all relevant rules and guidelines.

About this Position

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage access to the premises
  • Support risk prevention and compliance tasks, including audits, incident reporting, and database management
  • Monitor CCTV footage, conduct investigations, and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health, safety, and security standards are met across all departments

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Security license and First Aid & CPR certifications
  • Strong customer focus and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle ad hoc requests
  • Experience with computers and IT systems, completing administrative and reporting tasks
