Complex Structure Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage our complex structure projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency during all stages of the FRP process.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organise plant, labour, and materials for the project, ensuring efficient design and implementation of formwork systems.
- Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards, focusing on the integrity and performance of formwork systems during concrete pours.
- Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, particularly concerning formwork structures and safety protocols.
- Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress.
- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems.
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification is essential.
- A strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in implementing quality control measures to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
