Leadership Opportunity for Experienced Lawyers

This role offers a unique chance for senior lawyers to take on leadership responsibilities and make a significant impact in the lives of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience, strong advocacy and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

  • Independently manage your own files from start to finish.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and representing clients in mediations and court.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and trainees.
  • Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and upholding all professional standards.
  • Contributing to the growth of the firm through networking and business development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in Wills & Estates and Family Law.
  • Proven experience in Part IV claims and contested estate matters.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • A current Victorian practising certificate.
  • A client-focused approach with outstanding communication skills.
