Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering end-to-end business services, advisory work, and strategic guidance.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and reports for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Lead complex advisory work including restructures, succession planning, business performance, and growth strategy.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive, commercial guidance.
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, managing workflow, technical reviews, and supporting their progression.
Requirements:
  • CA or CPA qualified with at least 8 years' experience in public practice.
  • Strong track record in business services, compliance, and advisory.
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and leading internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills and technical capability across Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar software.
