Job Title: Business Strategy Consultant

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Business Strategy Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities for digital transformation and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
  • Develop and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide technology solutions and system implementations.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired state, and provide recommendations for closing those gaps.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather business requirements and conduct stakeholder analysis.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and operations, and ability to identify areas for process optimization and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
