Job Description

The role of IT Infrastructure Specialist involves overseeing the administration of various networks, including LAN, WiFi, WAN, and SDWAN. This includes managing new domain integration and utilizing local tools as well as third-party services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer SharePoint Online, encompassing permissions, site libraries, and document libraries.
  • Restore files as needed for data recovery purposes.
  • Ensure consistent backups across all critical systems.
  • Test, log, and maintain Disaster Recovery Procedures.
  • Provide end-user IT Support for all staff, including remote and on-site support.
  • Monitor all systems for performance issues via RMM (NinjaOne) and remediate as necessary.
  • Manage endpoint security for Windows Desktops & Laptops.
  • Oversee Windows & 3rd Party Patching and Azure security, policies, and alerts.
  • Administer VMware Administration & networking, including server commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Manage domain management, including updating A/MX/CNAME Records and DNS & DHCP Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
  • Strong understanding of network administration and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
