- Cultivate and sustain vibrant, active village communities through community engagement and events.
- Facilitate communication between residents and management, ensuring seamless integration of new residents into village life.
- Work closely with the Village Service Coordinator in Goulburn/Bundanoon, providing support both onsite and remotely.
- Develop and implement programs to promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being.
- Management experience in a customer care related field.
- Genuine regard for older persons and an understanding of their needs.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Current NSW Driver's License (travel required between Warrigal sites across NSW/ACT).
