Mantel is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client needs by identifying and articulating business problems or opportunities and developing strategies to address them.
  • Designing and delivering client solutions that meet the specific needs of each project, including solution design, business case development, and delivery planning.
  • Collaborating with Mantel's technology teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and deliver outcomes that meet client needs.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in AI and consulting, with a background in one or several of Mantel's core technical domains (Cloud, Digital, Data, or Security).
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of developing strategies and proposals for endorsement by executive teams and boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.
