The church seeks a qualified Pastor to lead and equip the congregation to reveal and reflect Jesus in their local community.

Responsibilities include providing spiritual leadership, preaching and teaching, and building relationships with the congregation and wider community.

  • Preach and teach at Sunday services and other events
  • Provide pastoral care and support to members of the congregation
  • Build relationships with the local community and engage in outreach activities
  • Lead and participate in various church ministries and activities
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other church leaders and staff

For this role, you will need:

  • A deep commitment to Christianity and a strong understanding of the Bible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with others
  • Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities
