Retail Customer Service Representative

This role will see you taking on a key customer-facing position within our retail team, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, banking, receipting, and dispatching of goods. You will also be required to assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
- A passion for Irrigation and Water Filtration.
- Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- A current driver's licence is essential.
- A fork lift license is desirable but not essential.
