About the Role

We are seeking an Employment Opportunities Coordinator to partner with us in delivering inclusive employment services. You will work closely with participants to understand their strengths and aspirations, provide tailored coaching, link to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
• Champion workforce diversity and inclusion, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer-client alignment.
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote our organization as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals.
• Meet performance benchmarks.
• Champion our organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
• Ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License – essential
