Fellow Gynaecological Oncology Subspecialist Trainee Position

Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity for a senior registrar to gain extensive experience in tertiary level antenatal and intrapartum care, including ultrasound and labour ward management.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for consolidating their surgical skills through training in general gynaecology units, including laparoscopic surgery.
  • The role provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on rural generalist obstetrics and gynaecology practice.

The position is RANZCOG accredited and comprises at least 4 theatre lists per week, labour ward experience locally and one day/fortnight at Monash Clayton.

  • Senior registrar duties and support for Registrars and Resident Medical Officers.
  • Labour ward experience, antenatal and postnatal care.
  • General gynaecology clinics and theatre lists.
