Your Impact- Grow your account base across various sectors, exceeding targets through strategic sales initiatives.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in all market segments.
- Design, execute, and track targeted sales campaigns that boost occupancy, average rates, food & beverage, and event bookings.
- Minimum 2 years' proven success in sales within Australia with a clear track record of winning new business and smashing revenue targets.
- Strong hunter instincts paired with account management skills to grow long-term relationships.
- Commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating deals that deliver win-win outcomes.
