Key Role in Commercial Property Sales

The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with expertise in commercial property sales, listing & marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and selling commercial properties
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating transactions from start to finish
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients

This role requires strong relationships with key clients, a high presence in the marketplace, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to converse with diverse stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and negotiate effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need current real estate licensing or certification, such as a Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, and a willingness to learn and grow.
