Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill a Fresh Convenience Team Member role. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain product quality, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and shopping. As a Fresh Convenience Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering suggestions to improve their shopping experience.
  • Maintaining the quality and presentation of products by rotating stock, checking dates, and reporting any damaged or expired items.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals by actively promoting products, engaging with customers, and supporting store events.
  • Performing opening and closing duties, including restocking shelves, cleaning the store, and ensuring the shop floor is tidy and organized.
