Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in our fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their queries
  • Selling products including lottery tickets, magazines, giftware, stationery, and cards
  • Working towards sales targets and key performance indicators

This casual position includes a 7-day rotating roster and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging retail setting.


Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
