Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Business Advisor to act as a strategic partner and critical support to the CEO. This pivotal role operates as an extension of the CEO's office, enabling effective decision-making, driving alignment across executive priorities, and ensuring the delivery of key organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing advice, insights, and analysis to inform critical decisions.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, board papers, and reports aligned with governance and strategy.
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks managed.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership, and Board to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Optimise workflows and priorities in partnership with the CEO's office to enhance organisational efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in senior strategic advisory, policy, or executive leadership roles (healthcare or community sector highly regarded).
- Exceptional judgment, political acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing board papers, briefings, and high-level reports.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, track strategic initiatives, and deliver results.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to foster trust and credibility across executive teams and stakeholders.
