- As a Manager, H&S Strategy, Risk and Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health and safety across our business. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our systems, risk frameworks, and strategic initiatives are aligned and effective.">
- Key to this role is overseeing enterprise-wide health and safety risk, supporting business units in managing their operational risks, developing and continuously improving our HSE management system, embedding structured risk management practices across the business, monitoring the execution of our H&S strategy and identifying future priorities, and benchmarking best practices from across the industry.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A strong foundation in risk management, assurance, and HSE systems with significant experience in a senior H&S role within utilities, infrastructure, services, or a similar industry.">
- Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and implementing user-focused H&S systems with strong knowledge of risk-based H&S systems, assurance programs, and critical risk management.">
- Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders with tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Environment, or a related field (preferred).">
