About the Role">

Sponsorship managers play a pivotal role in elevating a company's global brand presence through strategic partnerships. This exciting new phase has begun within our team, creating opportunities to elevate our global brand presence and support our upcoming strategy.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop sponsorship campaign priorities and key performance indicators to measure success and evaluate individual initiatives and events.
  • Design go-to-market strategies and activation plans for global sponsorships, aligned with the sponsorship calendar.
  • Cultivate relationships with sponsors and agency partners to develop content and activations that drive growth and revenue for the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sponsorship related roles, working with global rights holders in the sporting field, and possessing exceptional communication and negotiation skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have creative thinking and analytical skills. Experience in managing financials is also essential, as well as proficiency in digital media.
