Job Opportunity

This is a chance for an experienced delivery professional to lead technical implementations in the financial services sector.

  • Work directly with clients within the APAC region and serve as the primary point of contact for implementation issues, closely collaborating with clients, making adjustments to programs as needed, and communicating changes to all relevant parties.
  • Utilize business analysis skills to comprehend and translate client requirements while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster close relationships across functions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of deliverables.
  • Leverage significant planning experience from previous technical implementations to drive success.
  • Develop technical documentation, identify potential risks, and help define actions required.

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years post-graduate commercial experience, preferably in client-facing delivery of technical implementations, with a focus on the financial services sector from a software vendor perspective.
  • Experience working alongside development and DevOps teams.
  • A high level of comfort working closely with multiple concurrent customers.
  • A strong technical background and familiarity with development and deployment concepts that impact projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
