About the Role

The Concierge is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner
  • Assisting at in-house events and functions, including setup, coordination, and execution
  • Attending to various administrative tasks, such as responding to resident inquiries and managing correspondence

About You

We are seeking an individual with experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting. A positive attitude, friendly personality, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • First Aid Level 2 Certificate
