About the Role

The Concierge is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to residents by coordinating maintenance requests, arranging pharmacy prescriptions, and attending to various lifestyle and hospitality-related needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance, and/or special cleaning
  • Assisting at in-house events and functions
  • Attending to various administrative tasks

About You

  • Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting
  • A positive attitude, friendly personality, and excellent communication skills

Requirements

  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • First Aid Level 2 Certificate
