Job Title: Digital Program Leader

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.

  • Drive alignment between strategy and execution, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic priorities.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of delivery managers, scrum masters, and project leads.

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital delivery, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation or innovation programs.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
