About Us

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a leadership role.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating waste collection services and activities at the Busselton Transfer Station, ensuring waste is transported and processed in accordance with industry regulations, licensing, and company policies.
  • This key position involves:
    • Maximising recycling rates and making efficient use of resources.
    • Maintaining compliance with regulatory authorities and implementing work practices that meet strict standards.
    • Providing high levels of customer service and support to staff.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Coordinating waste collection services and activities.
    • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
    • Leading a team to achieve operational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a high-pressure operational environment, preferably in waste management or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of plant operations and the ability to learn complex regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
  • A focus on safety and the ability to implement safe work practices.
