Senior Officer, Partner Success – Reconciliation Action Plan Program
\About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to reconciliation efforts across Australia.
The Senior Officer, Partner Success plays a crucial role in the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Program, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver training events that support effective development and implementation of transformational, sustainable RAPs.
- Lead projects on training, networking, and capacity building opportunities for the RAP network
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including government, corporate, small-to-medium business, and not-for-profit sectors
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage key Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of understanding and awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and issues
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with First Nations stakeholders and senior leaders
- Proven project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
